4 steps to letting go of the past

How many of us are stuck in the past and feel imprisoned by old thought patterns & beliefs that we have long grown out of but have not let go of? I would guess probably most of us. Here are a few quick tips to get you moving forward again:

🔸 The first step is to acknowledge what is holding you back & what you want to move on to. 

🔸 Next identify your emotional habits ~ this is hard work as it requires deep introspection on your side. 

🔸 Thirdly, conditioning your mind & learning new strategies to empower these old stories so you move into a state to move forward is key. 

🔸 Finally as you let go of your past, start thinking about how you can give back & find something you can serve that is greater than yourself. This could be your family, community, humanity ~ it does not matter as long as it goes beyond yourself. 

Giving back will empower you to do more than you ever thought possible.
